Officials seized assets with the websites along with shutting them down. They promised if the websites appear again overseas, they've international cooperation to close them down again. ICE officials also mentioned prison time is possible for that suspects who ran the movie pirating websites.
Websites seized include: VShack.net, PlanetMoviez.com, ThePirateCity.org, Movies-Links.TV, FilesPump.com, Now-Movies.com, ZML.com, NinjaVideo.net and NinjaThis.net
Although those websites streamed pirated movies to viewers (sometimes just hours following the movies opened in theaters), they made money off advertisements and subscriptions.
